Is there anyone who has received an interview from UCSD BMS? I saw a lot on the result page but I feel like they are all domestic students. Great competition bewteen international ones.

I also received one from Weill Cornell BCMB, said the interview would be at Feb 3-5.

Congrats! May I ask which track you mentioned in your UTSW application? Did you approach the PI through email?

Does anyone get some ideas or tips for how to select a list of faculty with whom you would like to meet? I feel the time for selecting is tight and there are so many publications to read.

Would you mind sharing when did you submit your application for Vandy? I also applied to IGP in BBS but no progress yet. Btw, when will be Vanderbilt interview weekend?

I apply to BCM DDMT, and I think only this track has sent some interview invitations.

yeah I mean the date of the interview. I wonder when will be their interview dates ... btw, when did you submit the application? I remember UTSW has rolling admission.

If you don't mind, could you share some details about the interview from UTSW? I also apply for UTSW Basic biomed PhD but no progress after submitting a secondary application.

Hi, I am also an international student going to apply for biomedical sciences. I think you might add some info about your research like any publications. Btw, do you know any info about the biomedical program of boston university? I can't find their admission stat for internationals.

I think you must be strong in your application package since I believe these schools are quite competitive. I'd like to learn your final choice and if possible, more info about your background.
