I just got an email saying the following-- did everyone else? Not sure if this was only sent to those that were awarded funding, or to everyone. "Thank you for your patience as you've waited for a post-deadline update about funding. I have good news to share with you today. Limited residual funds have become available since the deadline closed last night and we will be able to provide you with specific information about your new or updated award early next week."

I don't know of one but I'm curious if others do!

Not yet--- I submitted a request but haven't heard back yet. Not super hopeful I will hear back before Thursday but fingers' crossed!

Hi all! I also got accepted but no funding but am SO EXCITED!!! Hoping to leverage other offers, but it also seems like GSI/GSR positions are available. Congrats to the others that got in! And to those that got waitlisted--- you all are still so badass and will go on to do amazing things, regardless of whether you make it through to Goldman. I'll be rooting for you!

Damn dude right back at you! Sounds like you have a really strong profile. It also sounds like you were able to share your unique story in the PHS, which goes a long way. I'm also rooting for you--- I'm sure we'll be hearing from each other as decisions comes out. It's nice just to have someone to debrief with while we drown in our own anxieties! Nice - sounds super interesting. I am interested in food & agriculture policy--- Cal has the Berkeley Food Institute and there are some specific profs I'd be excited to work with. I didn't submit the GRE but have a 3.7 GPA and 6 years of work experience, so I hope that outweighs the lack of GRE... I have been playing the dangerous game of "if I got into Duke and UCLA, Goldman should accept me right??" But it also feels like a crapshoot... I have heard Berkeley is being extra selective this year.

That is what I have heard and expect as well. Though I was informed yesterday by my contact at the ERG program that Goldman would likely release their decision in the next two weeks. I desperately hope we don't have to wait that long! I am also not sure whether to check the portal or just wait for an email... from past posts it seems that no one gets a personal phone call, and updates come through email. Hope everyone is handling the anxiety better than I am!

Congrats to you! I got a similar package - $25K per year, two $4k assistantships, and $2.5k internship funding. Do you think you will accept the offer? I am still waiting to hear back from Goldman MPP (it is my top choice) but am not sure about my chances.
