Not a clue. I'm assuming that the combination of folks going back to school due to covid and JJ having waived the GRE means that the pool will likely be large.
I applied to John Jay, Indiana University-Bloomington, University of Illinois-Chicago, University of Missouri-St. Louis, and University of Cincinnati. I was accepted to Indiana's program last week but haven't heard anything from the other programs as of yet.
I applied for a CJ PhD to John Jay as well--still waiting on a reply from them and the University of Illinois-Chicago, University of Missouri-St. Louis, and University of Cincinnati. Just last week received an acceptance email from Indiana University-Bloomington. Best of luck!
This is the boat I'm in as well. I received an email letting me know that I've been informally accepted and that they'd send out financial information at a later date. Frustrating, but what can you do?
