I don't know! I received the confirmation email and made the payment on time. Did you apply the joint PhD program? I remembered I probably said yes to the data science program. Not sure if it is because of that.

I got the offer from UW madison-mass communication. No funding information yet. But they said they dont guarantee funding. I prob will reject if they dont offer funding. To me its important to concentrate on the research instead of keeping worried about funding.
