Thank you! Penn was definitely an interview, and Irvine seems to be a series of interviews with different professors throughout the day. As far as I know, Penn interviews everyone they accept, but for Irvine I’m not sure. Good luck to you this cycle too, I hope you hear good news

@Sky_ Hi! I interviewed with Penn late January, and am interviewing with Irvine on Friday. Maryland doesn’t do interviews, and I haven’t heard anything from them either

Yes. For Criminology PhDs I applied to Northeastern, ASU, Penn, UCI, and Maryland

Claiming rejection from Princeton, just got an email indicating update on the portal

I applied for a PhD, had a zoom interview early January and going to an in-person second round interview this weekend, so I'd say they have probably already reached out to everyone they have short-listed for acceptances, unless they accept some people without interviews, which I think they don't

Does anyone know when Princeton normally sends waitlists? I thought it was historically the same day as acceptances but haven't seen anyone claim WL

YES! It was so weird to have to email my recommenders directly and it was very hard to tell progress/completion on each section from the way it was set up...

Yeah, just waiting for them to tell me if they need the school to mail it or if they will take the electronic version since that would be sent in minutes I’d like to believe that they wouldn’t have bothered to ask if they weren’t at least considering me seriously but you never know
