  1. I ended up emailing the program director on Friday asking for an update. He said all funding offers had already gone out but that they would reallocate funding offered to students who declined admission after 4/15. I have better offers, so I declined.
  2. Has anyone heard anything about funding from Georgia Tech? I have not received any information at all and the program hasn't answered any of my emails. Would really be nice to know if this is even remotely a financially viable option.
  3. in at Georgia Tech! still crossing all my fingers for funding--news hasn't been great on that front thus far.
  4. No idea if the letter is the same for you, but I didn't actually realize until the third time I read through the letter (I skimmed through it twice) that mine says "While we are unable to offer you any departmental funding at this time, Carolina Planning is the most affordable top-ranked planning program in the United States" at the top of the second page.
  5. Just had the same experience--their estimated cost of attendance for out-of-state students is $70,970/year and what they offered me amounts to 3.5% of what the degree would cost. Not super optimistic that need-based aid is going to make up anywhere close to the other 96.5% so Michigan is not looking like a financially viable option right now. Hoping that funding offers from the other two schools I'm into so far will be FAR better (and that the three I'm waiting on will bring good news as well).
  6. Also got into Michigan. No email, just checked Wolverine Access after I saw that other people had decisions posted.
