I think they'd only change their decision if you were waitlisted, not rejected. I was waitlisted at one of the schools I applied to and basically told to notify them if I get my own funding, then I'll be admitted.

Do people without a February or March update still have hope of getting the award, or is everyone pretty much convinced that you'll only get it if you have a more recent update? Feeling pretty defeated after getting Honorable Mention for NSF today and just don't want to keep my hopes up for this if I really shouldn't anymore #DecemberGang

Has anyone who submitted to ONR (Discipline: Oceanography) had their application updated since December? Mine still says 12/10
