Hi, I took my GRE this month. I obtained a quant. score of 700 and verbal 650, thus a total of 1350. I wish to apply for a doctorate degree in Biomedical Engineering, Fall 2011. I have already completed my masters in biomedical engg. this year and have a good GPA. I was wondering whether the quant. score is too less to apply for an engg. PhD. How much importance do colleges give to individual section scores? Do i apply with this score or should i consider a re-test? Thank you for your help.
