Congrats! I committed in early April. I was also waiting for Columbia, but I didn't end up getting enough money from them so I'm sticking with USC (cheaper b/c i can live at home). I've spoken to a few people who either graduated from or are attending USC, and it made me really look forward to going, it sounds like a great program

I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and asked about the timeline because I had a deadline approaching. They sent a seemingly copy-and-pasted response about priority applicants finding out in February and regular applicants in late March to early April.

no i don't! i know they want us to fill out that form letting them know if we are still interested. but portland isn't my top choice, so i actually just committed to usc. best of luck!

anyone who applied to columbia after priority deadline hear back yet? i know they said we'd hear by early April, but USC gave me a final extension until April 1st, so i'm worried i won't hear back in time

So SDSU just sent me an acceptance letter...not sure if it's a coincidence that it's right after I emailed them or if they're starting to release decisions!

nope ? when i emailed them about some application questions before, they responded so quickly so I'm not sure what's up

I also applied to SDSU and Portland State! I emailed SDSU yesterday because their website says decisions will be sent out between April 15-June 5, which is way past the confirmation deadline for the schools I've heard back from. Hopefully they respond to me and give me more information!

i am also waiting to hear from ucla (and i did the 12/15 deadline, which makes me more worried). i'm still hoping for the best though! it's comforting to see that there's still so many people who haven't heard back. best of luck!
