Hi everyone — I was accepted for a fellowship to India under the SAFLI flagship program. I’d love to chat with people heading to India. Also — I was an alternate last year for the scholarship and ended up getting bumped up as a finalist — I heard around May. Hoping the best for all alternates!!

After you click through the application portal, view your acceptance letter, and head back to the main portal, there should pop up a graphic bearing "Admitted Students Portal" or something like that. Click that, and it takes you to another screen with housekeeping information, a welcome letter, and your financial aid award. At least, that's how it worked for me. I checked my financial aid way before they sent me the letter informing me it was ready. Must be a delay in the system.

Would you guys be interested in a group chat / further discussion as we unpack and figure out where to invest our time and money for the next few years? International Education seems to be a pretty niche program and I'd love to hear about what drove you to this field and your interests and just chat. Not sure if I am committing to Teachers College, it's so pricey ?
