Make A Decision

Hi everyone, I was accepted into Columbia SIPA and Georgetown MSFS. I received 40k annual funding from SIPA in comparison to full funding + stipend from Georgetown. Columbia was my first choice and I'm wondering if its worth pursuing still. The financial aid office has been very unhelpful which sucks, btw. Should I just forget about Columbia and go to Georgetown? Has anyone been successful with negotiation?
