Anyone who applied after the scholarship deadline heard back? Or in general have anyone heard back since the April 15th deadliner?

Hello! Wondering if anyone applied to this program or have anyone hear back with a decision? Applied by the priority deadline and still got nothing. I know that USC is particularly slow this year, but I thought applying early would mean that we can at least get an answer by now. Anyone also applied? Thanks!

It doesn't even make sense. I haven't see one person who applied after the scholarship deadline got in. So they don't even want to admit ppl who are willing to pay full tuition themselves? And if they already made their decisions, why don't they just send out rejections to the rest of us? I'm so confused and this wait is making me kind of annoyed.
