Hi all, i received an interview call from Utrecht today. I dont remember if it was my first choice though. In the email it says everyone on the shortlist is getting interviewed. Does anyone know how much weightage the interview has? Or how big is the shortlist? When I was applying, I did not know there would be an interview. I wonder if this is new protocol.
