I just received my UC Davis rejection after the interview. I realized how quantitative the school is while I have been doing qualitative research my entire life! So, I guess it was not the right place for me. For those who got admitted, CONGRATS! For those who have not been admitted, its okay!!! You are gonna find the right place for you ❤️

I just got admitted into the University of Florida!! YEAH! I also just declined three offers: UMaine, Uoregon and U of South Florida. So, if there is anyone in their waitlist, hopefully you are gonna get in ❤️

Yeah!!! Same boat. Although I know I made many mistakes during my application (I applied Nov 1), still have hope! However, I have to say that between USC and Northwestern… omg, difficult choice.

Ownnn congrats!! Great to know? Are u going to their recruitment event? I was also interviewed by the program director and Dr Aymar Christian, who I mentioned in my sop. However, I also believed that our interests are not quite aligned. I have spoken to some current students, and they told me that u have a first year POI assigned for us, but we can change it easily later, during the second year. Maybe, they will assign Dr Nathan in your first year and later you can change. Or, you can find another professor and make a a suggestion.. I believe in the recruitment day we will have a clear picture of how it works. The important thing is that we can change it with no problems!

As I already got into Northwestern, I am more relaxed now ? It is perfect for me! well, I would chose UPenn over Columbia. However, NYU is also greaaaat! Omg ? Difficult choice!!
