    Haas just replied my email saying that they have sent out results notifications thru the email gradadm@berkeley.edu, and that applicants can check the admission results on the status page of online application. However, I haven't received that email, and my application page shows no results information.

    Has anyone heard anything from Micro OB at Berkeley and Wharton?

    The PhD program admission officer said on Friday (SG time) that she hadn't hear anything from the OB program yet (it's the faculty handling applications and phd team not involved)

    Also saw that. Maybe someone is assuming an implicit rejection because he/she hasn't received interview yet? It's late as compared to the timeline last year.

    Also applied to Berkeley and haven't heard back yet. Btw, does anyone know if Wharton has sent out Micro OB interviews? Have seen interview posters about Wharton Management program, but not sure which specialization it was.

    I've heard the same about one of the US schools I applied to, that they will delay about 2 weeks in both interview and final decision release. Guess this is common this year for US schools.

    I haven't heard from other schools yet. Guess it's gonna be a little late this year, or maybe some schools won't do an interview (Stanford micro ob didn't arrange interview last year)?

    Got an invitation from hbs ob (micro) today to discuss my application with a director from the program office (I guess earlier posts in the results page about hbs ob were from the macro track). Seems like the notifications will be sent out a bit late this year as compared to the last cycle, best of luck everyone! Btw, does anyone know what to expect in conversations with the program office?

    Seems like HBS OB has sent out early invitations to have conversation with the doctoral program office, does anyone know if this is a necessary condition for getting a formal interview with faculty?

    Well it's not LBS. It appears to be a large increase for my recommender's school, and just for comparison, admission officer from insead said that they usually get 50-60 apps for ob, which is why I felt that this year is more competitive. Anyway, as most of our apps are submitted, we can do our best with the rest of the application process and hope that what occurs for my recommender's school does not generalize to other schools haha.

    It seems to be extremely competitive this year... my recommender from UK told me that they have already received more than 400 apps for ob and strategy combined (the number is still increasing as they have not yet closed the application). However this is a UK school and situations in the US could be different...What do you guys think?

    Thank you soooooo much @JPrun! This is really insightful! I believe it helps the contacting process as it demonstrates both research experience and interests in working with them on the current research topics. Just one more question, do you mention that you applied for their PhD program and are interested in working with them in the future in your email?
