I emailed the admission committee about two weeks ago, and they told me that decisions would be released by the end of March. There appear to be far more applicants for this cycle than in previous years, so many programs have to push back the decision release date.
I believe so. I got accepted yesterday, and the acceptance letter stated that "This was an especially competitive year and we had to be even more selective than usual in our admissions decisions." Just wait until next week, if still no news, it doesn't hurt to send the admission committee an email and ask about your application.
Starting a forum for current MPP/MPA applicants for USC Price. I noticed that some, who have applied to the December deadline, have already received their admission decisions. I also submitted my application in early December but haven’t heard anything back yet. Anyone else is still waiting for the decision?
Has anyone heard any news so far? It is somewhat odd that they haven't released decisions for the early notification applicants before March. Hopefully, we can hear back from them this week?.
Sameeeee! Hopefully, they will release the decisions by the end of next week. I didn't go to the zoom admission event yesterday since it sounded more MIA-focused on the email, but I'm applying for MPP. I also had a schedule conflict. I signed up for the event on the 11th though.
Congrats on your acceptance! I submitted my application on December 3rd, I believe, but nothing from them except the email that my file is complete and currently under review. I hope they will send out the decision early next week because the wait is quite painful.
I also applied for the early notification deadline. However, I got an email yesterday saying that my application is under review. So, I don't think they will release the decisions as early as previous years. But, hopefully, we can hear back from them next week or so.
