    anyone have any experience/success deferring their acceptances for the following year? Do certain schools refrain from deferring acceptances? I'm assuming you'd have to reinterview for scholarships/grants.

    I was curious if anyone else was in a similar situation where you are still waitlisted, and that 4/15 deadline is coming up soon. I am currently waitlisted for UCSB and Columbia, and wanted to make a final informed decision after knowing where I stand with these schools. Are these schools required to send their offers by the 15th, or do some send them out after that deadline? I was also curious if funding is affected if offers are sent out after the 15th as well. I have also just gotten an offer from another school I've been waitlisted for, and only have a few days turnaround time to make a decision. Although a bit skeptical, I am asking for an extension on some of the schools I have been accepted to so far. Has anyone had any success on extending after 4/15?

    I have an interview with Columbia Painting on march 12th if that helps. They initially reached out to me 2/15 and contacted me again for scheduling about 10 days later. Also those of you who are waiting for Pratt interviews, I just received an email today for painting.

    Hello everyone, Been lurking on this forum which has been helpful in my application and interview process. I've applied for painting MFA for RISD - have not heard back UCR - interview next week UCLA - have not heard back UCSB - interviewed SVA - interviewed Hunter - have not heard back Columbia - have not heard back Has anyone heard back from Hunter, UCLA, or Columbia? I saw that RISD had started to reach out to some regarding interviews already, but still trying remain hopeful.
