Does anyone happen to know when UT-Austin will begin the field placement process for advanced standing students and what semester we will actually begin field in?

Has anyone heard back from UT-Austin advanced standing??? I denied admission to the only other school that I applied to (got accepted in December and couldn't wait any longer without giving them an answer) and am getting ANTSY. If it's really April like they state, I am going to be hard-pressed to make a cross-country move with two weeks before classes start :')

i understand that! and I have no earthly clue. I do know they have way less spots then they generally receive applications for though! I hope it'll be March. I am worried it will be a lot later though because of the way they did admissions this year.

I'm feeling okay! I am an out-of-state student and it is also my top choice right now. I submitted back in November, so mine has said the same thing since about December! I'm really not in a position to be able to wait to hear back in April, which makes this all the more nerve-wracking. If they do wait until the end of April like they project, I'll have about two weeks to plan a move before classes begin ? Are you feeling okay? Do you reside in Texas?

I have two friends that got into UNC's advanced standing program about two weeks ago!

I recently got inducted into an honors society and when I went to revise my resume and add it to there, I realized that I had a mistake on the resume I submitted to colleges... how much is this going to affect my chances of getting into a program? I basically went to two schools during undergrad and accidentally wrote the same university name twice when listing them out in the education section instead of having university one and university two: August 2019- May 2022 Bachelors of Social Work, University of One August 2018- May 2019 Bachelors of Social Work, University One instead of August 2019- May 2022 Bachelors of Social Work, University of One August 2018- May 2019 Bachelors of Sociology, University of Two

God I hope that's not the case! I am going insane waiting. The deadline for the 1 year is Feb 15th, but I submitted back in October as well.

Got into UIC in December and they gave me a week to submit a deposit, so I did to hold my place. I am still waiting to hear back from other schools and am getting antsy.

Hello!! Sooooo I'm in a bit of a pickle... I was accepted to UIC in DECEMBER and had to submit a deposit to hold my spot despite not knowing if I will be able to go (and secretly holding out hope that I will get into UT and can go there). They are already starting field matching and I am just having to go along with it! With that being said... did anyone else already apply to UT's Advanced Standing Program for Summer 2022? Have you heard back? If you applied last year... when did you hear back? Is it really April? Because if so, Lord help me.
