I've heard some people received acceptances to NYU Studio Art, I guess I am on an unofficial waitlist? Is anyone else waiting too? I was accepted to another school that requires the deposit by May 1st. I've never been on a waitlist before, I suppose you just lose your deposit later if you get off the waitlist? I'm considering reaching out to NYU for more information/update, curious if anyone has done something similar or has any thoughts/experience?

Yep. Feel like someone posted a while back they'd heard back from NYU Photography? Don't know if that falls under Studio Art since it's an interdisciplinary program.

If anyone is waiting to hear back from Purchase (Visual Arts), I checked today and the portal was updated on 2/22. Did not get in but an e-mail about the update would have been nice.

I interviewed with NYU studio art today-- curious if anyone else did and how it went? I think mine went well, it was fairly conversational. has anyone interviewed with or received an update from Columbia, Stony Brook or Purchase for Studio/Visual Art?
