Good to know, I hope they come through too! It's kind of hard to make a decision without the full picture on funding, especially since their deadline to respond is before April 15. Maybe we'll hear about an online info session / open house soon as well?

I agree with you, Katya. I was a bit disappointed to hear about the informal acceptance emails. I just got an email to check the portal, I didn't get in ? I honestly don't know what they're looking for.. I had a strong GPA, pretty good GRE, solid recs, some work experience. Guess it wasn't meant to be. Happy that I have offers from other strong programs. On another note, has anyone heard back from Yale European and Russian Studies yet?

Hi everyone, I also applied to the REECA program - I interviewed in January and am waiting to hear back! I also got accepted to Columbia’s Russian Studies MA program last week, but there was no mention of financial aid/funding in the acceptance letter (from GSAS, not the program). Does anyone know if they send out info later? Good luck all!
