For those who have applied a second or third time. What did you do in that year or two to become a more competitive applicant? I'm starting to think that I may not get in this year and may have to apply next year and I would appreciate any kind of advice on how to improve my chances!

Did you apply for the MA? I applied for the MEd and emailed them a few days ago since I was on the waiting list. They just said that they will inform me once a decision has been made. Has anyone, besides that one person, gotten an acceptance from uOttawa?

February 18. According to someone on this forum, that was the last day of interviews for the first round. I'm not sure if Mac did another round after.

Thanks for sharing. I also freaked out when I saw there were two people who accepted yesterday. I'm wondering if interview dates have anything to do with it? Will people who were interviewed earlier be more likely to be notified sooner?

Thanks for the tip. I just checked my Acorn but it doesn't appear to show "invited". Fingers crossed it'll change soon.
