Did anyone get this wording on their rejection letter? "I regret to inform you that, although your application was considered meritorious, it was not funded due to budgetary constraints. If additional funds become available, your application could be considered for an award at a later date." I'm trying to figure out if this really means that being funded later is possible, or if this is just the standard boiler-plate rejection.
