I decided to accept the offer from Northwestern, I was looking for a heavily theoretical/conceptual program and in that regard it's hard to beat Northwestern, also the faculty are incredible and the funding package is insane, 37k with no work requirement the first year and a TA position the second year. Thank you all for the camaraderie.

I talked to the head of graduate studies about a week ago. He called and wanted to tell me about funding and said I was high up on the waitlist. But I haven’t heard anything official. What concentration are you?

I just received a phone call from northwestern accepting me into the program. Extremely excited!

Sweet! definitely maybe. Do you know any specifics about the stipend? I'm still waiting for the official offer letter.

Northwestern posts application and admission statistics for all of its graduate programs. You could also find it by searching for "northwestern admission statistics graduate". Yeah, sorry. Interview was went pretty well and improved my overall impression of the program. 7 faculty asked me questions mostly concerning my practice and my ability to do the kind of work required of a TA/instructor.

I heard back from UCONN sculpture a few weeks ago, I just had my interview with them this past Wednesday evening. They said they were interviewing over the next few weeks and would get back with decisions mid-March.

This is my first time applying to MFA programs. I've been out of undergrad for 5 years and I've spent all that time working as an artist and also working as an arts worker.

Just heard back from UWMadison that I'm on the waitlist ?‍♂️. I had an Interview today with Northwestern which was pretty incredible. My experience was very similar to what @Gaaradescribed. The interview definitely confirmed that it's a top choice.
