I didn't find a probability course in your description, which might be a prerequisite for most statistics phd programs. Did any of your math courses cover that?
If yes and you have a strong recommendation letter from a stat prof, I would personally think 30-50 schools would have a chance. (I am also from an econ background and applying for stat phd programs, and that's what I have researched for)
btw, any interest in quantitative programs at business schools? e.g. Purdue (Quantitative Methods), U Miami (Management Science), U Notre Dame (Analytics), they also have some professors doing stat/ml
