I’ve been keeping an eye on this forum to see if I could get any news but I will share what I do know: I was waitlisted weeks ago and asked whether I would get an update with a rejection. I was told there was one person who was given an offer that was yet to accept and had until April 15 to do so. The instructors are on strike as of this week so I’m not sure if that will change things.

hi all, just checked the rutgers portal and saw my application has been waitlisted. if you applied i recommend checking your status because it looks like they’ve finally made their decisions.

Not sure if anyone's heard back from schools yet but here's an update from me that may be helpful or very much stress inducing: I received an email from Stonybrook yesterday telling me to check the portal (I was rejected). I also have heard from Rutgers that they haven't admitted anyone yet. So if you haven't heard anything from them, there's still hope!

Maybe I'm going a little crazy waiting for decisions... I haven't seen anyone get accepted for gender studies but I'm looking all the time on the results forum
