did anyone else hear/not hear from usc? assuming I got rejection at this point
-
I didn't and I interviewed last year, I did mention in my application I'm pretty set on going this year, been out of school for awhile and I'm 29 so I wouldn't expect to especially since I got rejected at my initial second time applying. I'd say if you're younger, recently out of school or still in school but they still are interested in you it maybe could've been a reason why they would say something like that and to take it as a good sign!

Ideally they send out rejections and invites in the same time frame but sometimes schools have a tendency to send out rejections and acceptances seperatley Seems like a lot of people haven't heard in this thread, but hopefully that means more acceptances and they'll be sent out i the next few hours or tomorrow at the latest and not that they have to do another round of cuts no news yet is hopefully good news!

Everyone asking about Rutgers it says on their website directly that they will contact for March interviews in mid Feb- I wouldn't expect to hear anything until next week or the following week

Hey-- Just got an interview for calarts. It's an optional in person (encouraged) interview day in a few weeks or a zoom situation. I'm planning on going in person anyways because there's a few other schools I applied to in LA that I need to look at in person. Has anyone had any luck requesting travel/hotel accommodations in the past? I've read from others that some other schools have funded their stay (saw some people post about it with northwestern last year), but I understand that northwestern is a research school with a ton of funding and usually pretty generous. They don't say anything about paying for arrangments in the email I'll probably try to see if I can get two nights booked and maybe the flight there with them to save money but will end up going/staying for around 4 days regardless. was just curious if anyone knows what I should expect

called the IT desk and its a sitewide issue, if anyone else is having it just stay updated on it but they said they should be resolving it in the next week or so.

Is anyone getting a single sign on error from salesforce for their rutgers application? (the community ID portion). I've cleared all of the cookies and site data, tried using my phone, private browsers, three different browsers and two different emails, and nothing seems to be working its really frustrating me since that portion is due in a couple of days. i found someone else online with the same issue applying to a different program, was going to try to get it resolved tomorrow but I'm guessing I'll have to wait since everyone is on break. hopefully It's not too much of a issue since the program specific portion is due in a couple weeks.

I wonder if they're trying to keep people on their toes this year and we'll get another email on Sunday again lol

Yeah figured out the account itself as attached to an old email, even though I entered my new one for all the fields in the app- looks the same as when I submitted it... Hopefully it will be sent out by friday have opened and viewed the application without actually doing it multiple times over the years for UCLA just out of curiosity, was super stressed and regrettably procrastinated on my apps and the login didn't save like all the other schools, honestly submitting everything was really stressful and a total blur for me, sure it was like that for a lot of people though haha

Has anyone else had any issues logging into the UCLA Portal? Have tried every login password i can remember possibly using and it keeps saying they don't even have my email on file, had no issues logging in prior to submitting and have email conformations saying they received my app to the email i used got my rejection from northwestern and my invitation from yale yesterday! Not too sad about the northwestern rejection because it wasn't really a good fit for me, kinda bummed yale isn't doing interviews in person this year because for me personally I think I interview much better in person than on zoom, wanted a good excuse to visit NY for a couple days too lol

SAIC just started school this week- I know they typically review applicants during the semester all together so my guess is they are probably reviewing this week or next week and you won't hear back til mid feb

Hey new past lurker to the forum- Didn't get an interview with Northwestern but didn't get a rejection either - expecting a rejection since some of you got interviews but was surprised they didn't send both acceptances and rejections at the same time or within the same week?
