Anyone heard from UofT or York regular track waiting lists?

Update for people on the wait list at Western: I was in touch with the admissions coordinator today and she said that all waitlist offers have been sent out. Both streams are full for the fall, and remaining waitlist people will only be notified if someone changes their mind between now and end of august

Yes, if you fill out the form in the email link you will be added to the waitlist for the BSW program as well.

Has anyone on the wait list for regular track at UofT, York, or Western heard anything yet? I haven’t seen anything on here and it seems like it’s pretty late compared to past years

Just got accepted to Munk!!! Is there a Facebook group for incoming students?

As far as I’m aware, the waitlist hasn’t started moving yet!

I’m trying to understand how admission for these programs works, specifically, for Munk. Are there 2 rounds of offers for all programs like the first one, then a waitlist is created, then based on the amount of people who decline their first offer the second round is offered to people on the waitlist or am I missing something?

I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but maybe it depends on when the application was submitted? I submitted mine beginning of October and heard back last week so maybe that’s the order of it?

Hey! Thank you. Sorry- I don’t think my post was super clear. I wasn’t accepted to the program but was just approved to submit a late application based on my GPA. I am not sure when they will review my application but I was hoping to hear from other people who have been accepted about their stats.

Hi everyone! I am new to this forum (and policy programs). I’m graduating from undergrad this year and had originally put everything into applications for a master of social work. I’ve been waitlisted at 2 schools, rejected at one, and still waiting on a last one but I wanted to branch out. I was approved for a late application to Munk earlier this week for their MPP program which I have now applied for. As I am new to this whole area, I’m not sure if anyone can shed some light on stats of those who were accepted to the program this year?

Not necessarily! Rejections started going out yesterday as well. I think acceptances may be the last to go out if no one has received one yet
