Ooohh good to know that they’re sending more emails out today! Hopefully I hear something. I want to hear back from McGill before I accept my offer to McMaster but I’m starting to get impatient!

I got into McMaster. So happy since this is my third time applying! I am definitely interested in connecting with others who will be accepting their offers to McMaster. Does anyone know if a Facebook group has been created yet?

McGill just updated the website to reflect the new date for application decisions. April 2. Now we can all try and relax for the next 2ish weeks hahah

That's so strange! When I called they said they were aiming for this week, so it's possible that they decided to push it back in order to have more time to review the applications.

I called McGill because I wanted to get a clearer timeline on when we can expect to hear back, and I was told that they are still reviewing some applications but are aiming to let applicants know by midweek this week. So Wednesday or Thursday. Hoping everyone feels a sense of peace and calm these next few days and weeks, the waiting is so tough!

I received a second rejection letter from Dalhousie today as well, but I have no clue whether or not I was on any wait list. I reached out for clarification about this because it doesn't make sense to me that they would send multiple rejection letters (talk about salt in the wound lol) and not indicate if you were on a waitlist.

Just wanted to give an update for those of us waiting to hear back from McGill still. I sent an e-mail asking about when I could anticipate hearing back and Antoinette said "Admission Committee members are updating application files on a rolling basis up-to April 15th" Not the answer I was hoping for but now I'm just going to tell myself to stop waiting for a phone call. Hang in there everyone!

Are they calling with rejections as well? Just curious how long I'll have to wait to officially know if I didn't get in. This wait is so excruciating.

Congrats! That makes me feel better about the Casper scores! If you don't mind sharing, are you bilingual or just english speaking? I'm nervous not being bilingual is going to hurt my chances.

did you happen to hear back about this? I'm very concerned, but considering everyone has it it must be a glitch.....

I took CDA at Georgian. I chose it because they had an on-campus clinic that was run by the CDA program during the semesters which was additional experience to the placements. I enjoyed my experience at Georgian and felt that the coordinators and instructors were very dedicated to the program.

Waiting is absolute torture! Really hoping we all hear back soon and that it's good news! I did CDA first and I love being a CDA, certainly nice to be able to work in the field while continuing to apply for SLP.

I haven't heard anything and I've been checking multiple times every day. Definitely stressing!

I also had this and never received a confirmation - double and triple checked I had sent in all the items required though but my application still says incomplete items as well.
