Just received a decision (R) from Yale HSHM. Email to check portal

I have the same question but I’m very anxious because it seems Princeton HoS acceptances are out. In previous years the department sent out all history and HoS decision within a day of each other for the most part so buckle up lol. I think we may hear back from Yale next week and Harvard might be after that, but who knows.

Seeing the JHU interview post was alarming. I guess that means we should hear back soon

I would gently offer that in general, assuming (multiple) acceptances aren’t legitimate isn’t a productive habit. The UNC acceptances from last night are very much real and it doesn’t mean that you won’t get in. Things change every year and as outsiders, we don’t know what the adcomm has agreed to, how they are dividing tasks, etc.

it is legit. it checks out, especially based on the previous posts on their profile from the past several weeks. you never know how these adcomms roll things out and it often isn’t all at once.
