Me too!!! Most Sociology programs make decisions in Feb, and it is quite stressful to wait when other programs have been delivering admissions and rejections every day... pray hard for everyone!!! Are those all PhD programs? If you are applying for some MA without fundings, you should be relatively fine I think. I also have a BA in communication studies but then earned a thesis-based MA in Sociology. I only applied for five PhD programs and my targets are Brown and JHU. Good luck!

Hi everyone, Could anyone tell me when and how PhD interviews are conducted in sociology? This is my first cycle of applications and I have no idea what to expect after submissions. It seems that many PhD applicants need to do interviews in other fields, so I wonder is that also the case in sociology?
