Hello, I saw no one has made a thread on here yet for Boren for this application cycle. I'm planning on applying for the Boren Scholarship to Japan. I'm majoring in Economics and minoring in National Security Studies. The application is due Jan 31st, and going off previous years, decisions should go out April 15th/mid-April. Is anyone else applying, and where?
