Does anyone have any insights on which school is better for Theory? I'm trying to decide between Boston College and IU Bloomington. Which is "better"?

Waiting for Oxford IR DPhil results to come in with extreme baited breath (its the last decision I have to wait for, really hoping for a W here).

For whoever heard about Oxford DPIR responses, was March 22nd the day that every decision would be sent out BY, or the day they'd START sending them?

Someone posted a result asking about attending an event of some sort, but idk if it’s real or not.

I saw someone post earlier that TAMU had sent out application decisions? Can anyone else confirm that they’ve already sent out all of their positive decisions, or if they do them in waves?

Does anyone know when it's safe to assume that you've just been rejected? There are a few places (UT Austin, Princeton) who've already released results, but for which my portal still says "Pending" or "In Review". Is it even worth reaching out, or is better to wait for the actual rejection update?

Would that timeline hold true even for those of us who haven't been waitlisted? I haven't received a response yet, period.

Does anyone know if Political Theory normally gets back later than other subfields? I'm still even waiting for a response from UT Austin, getting concerned.
