  1. Hi, Double T, I am not sure if I would pursue a Phd degree in the future, but I am pretty sure that I would prefer a job after my graduation as a master. As a int student, I know it is not easy to find a job. Hope things would turn better in two years. So the potential intern opportunities is a very important factor. My four admission programs all shows that they have great career services, but I am not sure how good it for int students. Still under tough decision process:(. Hope you would end up going to Nicholas, as you said, they are great in EE track. Also, do you get admission from UCSB? what do you think about the program in Bren school? The graduation students there seem all get good placements.
  2. Hi Double T, have u made your decision? I am currently choosing between UW MPA, U penn envi study, SNRE and UCSB bren, all no funding, pretty upset about this, tough decision though, anybody here made a decision already?
  3. Dineymack, one of my friends who went to SNRE visiting day said SNRE students could apply for a dual degree in their second year in SNRE, and the dual degree application is much easier than the nomal application, also, I am worring about the cost of SNRE, it seems sooooooooo expensive for int students!!!
  4. Hi, esraetna, I'm also a int students who have no FA, really like the program in SNRE, but it seems a lot of money and hard to finance your self in the first year in U mich.
  5. Hi, guys, made decision already? I am currently choosing between SNRE, Bren, U penn and UW MPA, all no FA, really tough decision though, anyone havs some advices?
  6. Hi Double T, It seems SNRE encourages students to get a dual degree through SNRE and other department, but one have to apply it separately~
  7. anyone who is anxious waiting the decision? kind of worried not establishing any connection with faculty in FES~any of u contacted faculties?is it very important in app?finger crossed~
  8. got AD from SNRE~hope some alumni could give some advice about job opportunities~
  9. I have heared of other people accepted by MEM in Duke, it really makes me a little nervous.
  10. congratulation!btw when did you submit? Are the applications for MEM reviewed on a roiling basis?
  11. @ chocolate_blanche I have the same question it seems that MEM applicants do not need to estabelish a relationship with Yale FES faculty. But, maybe a relationship will put weight on your application, maybe not.
