Random in the sense that i've seen people get rejected from schools like OSU and accepted to MIT and NYU. And looking at your list of schools i'm sure you going to get accepted to some really great schools..

Wow.. thats how i feel about Columbia... but after being rejected by Yale, i really want an acceptance so i can have some piece of mind that i'm going somewhere.. Plus i heart UPENN...

Damn i have so some much work to do.. now i'm going to be obsessing over UPenn...lol..

Its going to be a quiet week for me... actually more like the calm before the storm... Three of the schools i applied to start notifying students the week of Feb 23... :|

Yeah i'm in the same boat.. my first notification was a rejection.. but i still have 5 more schools to go!!!.. its a very wierd process..i've seen friends rejected from Harvard and accepted to MIT.. stay strong...

Harvard is meeting next week? wow crossing my fingers.. yale's rejection has me very rattled.

My first notification and it a rejection.. not a good feeling. Now i just hope its my last, but in the mean time i have two more weeks until i hear something from the other schools...UGHHH :cry:

Hi i called Harvard yesterday and they said we should hear on or before March 1st.. However checking last year results page most people heard on Feb 23

Columbia, Harvard, UPENN, Johns Hopkins, and WUSTL American is my sub-field
