ugh i cant stand the stress of not hearing a peep from any of the schools applied to. i feel like calling some of these schools and asking for the status of my application.. :?

Excepting the schools that we have already heard from -- UC-Davis, Emory, Illinois, Michigan State, and aTm -- the list for this week includes: ALMOST GUARANTEED North Carolina (and from my information they're very close) Ohio State (many, if not all, of us got our status changed, so it looks like they're mobilizing) Virginia Wisconsin POTENTIALLY UCLA (sent out a batch of rejections February 5 last year) WUSTL UC-Berkeley Stanford Yale I think that's about it for this week. My guesses for the week are UNC, OSU, UVA, UW-Madison, UCB, and Yale. I also guess that OSU will be next. For those of you who applied to Georgetown PhD--American Politics... i called today to ask to see if they received some missing materials and they told me that my application is with the department and under review. :shock:

oh god i can't wait... i know one of the schools i applied to started sending out acceptance and rejections during the first week of feb. All of the other schools were mid feb for acceptance and march for rejections!!!

anyone having trouble with Georgtown because they still haven't posted that they received my undergraduate transcript and i sent that out in NOV!!!

Hey for those of you who applied to Columbia, does your online application a display of list indicating the status all of your supplemental paperwork. On my application it just shows who submitted recommendations, which is strange because all of the other school online applications shows a list of everything... i.e transcript, personal statement, resume etc ...

ugh yes very stressful, i check everyday the result page and wish that the political science depts will start now..... :oops:

i know for most of the schools i applied to, the majority of the acceptance recorded on the result page were in early to mid Feb... :shock: yikes!!!
