  1. If it helps, here's the rent trends in the area. Hopefully it will be of some use. http://www.rentjungle.com/average-rent-in-denver-rent-trends/
  2. I've always dealt mainly with apartment sites when searching around. I usually check rent jungle since I've typically found places there in the past. I dunno if you've tried it, but it's worth a shot, right? Good luck!
  3. I agree. Alumni Village apartments are pretty crappy. If I were you, I'd try looking around online and see what's close to campus. That's how I found my place. Search around on places like Rent Jungle or something and I'm positive you'll find something better than those places.
  4. I agree. It's really all dependent on how you spend your money. It's probably a good idea to check around online and look at places to rent. Try starting here: http://www.rentjungle.com/ You can get a good feel for what's for rent around the area. I hope this helps!

I recently found my place through a site called Rentjungle. Here's the link: http://www.rentjungle.com/ I've searched through a lot of so called "apartment search engines," but this one actually spiders different places, so I ended up finding more results here than anywhere else. I hope this helps!
  6. The bus schedules are kind of a pain at first, but you'll get used to them. As for the apartments, I don't know a whole lot about them. I can tell you that I found a lot of available houses at this site if your on the fence about the others: http://www.rentjungle.com/ I found my place through here, so I just thought I'd let you know in case your options don't work out, as is sometimes the case. Happy hunting!
