    I am on the waiting list for admission. I know that it seems impossible for me to be accepted with funding. My question is: if I have no funding, do I need to submit the tuition? Is it possible to apply for some external funding?

    Yesterday I was informed that I was on the waiting list at Georgetown. IR sub field. Does anyone know how the waiting list works at Georgetown? What is the chance to be removed from the waiting list? Any advice about what I can do now since I have no offers but waiting lists...School visit? Contact professors? Or?? Need help.. PS: If anyone with Georgetown offers plan to decline it, I will be grateful..
