I’m preparing for it too, and what’s helping me with poetry is focusing on key themes + style instead of trying to memorize whole poems. I made small notes for each poet (for example: Wordsworth = nature & simple language, Keats = rich imagery, Shelley = idealism). Also, remembering a few famous opening lines helps a lot for recognition. For Greek mythology, you don’t need extreme detail just focus on major gods, heroes, and well-known myths. I found Theoi.com really helpful because it’s well organized and easy to review quickly. It feels overwhelming at first, but after some revision patterns start becoming much easier to spot. I aimed to highlight how the text has often been interpreted in limited ways, while offering an alternative perspective supported by scholarly discussion. Although the paper was originally written during my undergraduate studies and could benefit from refinement, it still represents my core academic interests and demonstrates my analytical approach to complex narratives and critical debates.
