So I am in a bit of a dilemma... I really want to do MBA/MPP dual degree...I got accepted into HKS MPP but I am wait listed at Dartmouth MBA ( Harvard and Dartmouth dual degree). My second option is UCLA MBA/MPP ( I have been accepted into both programs)...UCLA also offered bit scholarship ( which is next to nothing) ..but now I cant decided. I feel comfortable taking loans with a MBA degree vs MPP..but at the same time Harvard is one school that is recognized all over the world..
I am not sure if I should come to Harvard and apply for dual degree again ( end of this year) or just go to UCLA ...Any suggestions?
Got in as well...i received no email but just randomly checked my app and the decision was right there...No funding though. I will not be accepting the offer.
My stats are below
GPA- 3.8
Work experience - about 2 years ( will be 2 years when I start the program- I currently work for a marketing company)
GRE- 1400
I just got my letter that I am IN
But there is no mention of financial aid or scholarship. Is this information provided later? I still haven't received my formal notification from the UCLA graduate division.
Just got my acceptance letter. Apparently the school has some delay in mailing my letter. I received the award letter as well ( both in email). I received the dean's scholarship with $17,000/year funding. Most likely, I will not be accepting the offer.
