You're right, they might have been small.. at the time I had nothing to compare them to having not seen any other graduate studios really. Also correcting my other post, I transferred twice not three times.

When I was there in 2007 they looked pretty nice. They were in a separate building across the street from the main studio building, where there is also an art gallery (where I had my first show). You might ask colbz though if that's still how they are since she graduated more recently. Congrats on your acceptance there! I transferred 3 times during undergrad, finally ended up at JMU and looooved it.

Mine says the exact same thing! I would think no news is good news for you at this point (assuming they would send out rejections at about the same time?).

I got a rejection email from Syracuse today for painting. Hopefully that is good news for you if you haven't heard anything yet! Good luck

Just got my first rejection letter, from Tyler. I was expecting it based on posts by other people, but still stings a bit. oh well! Good luck everyone! I'm sure we'll all end up just where we need to be.

I just submitted my applications the last few days and am nervous as well! It's my first time applying too, so we'll see how this goes. I applied to Tyler, VCU, Syracuse, UNT and UTSA for painting. I looked at your work and it is beautiful. I'm no expert, but I think you have a really good shot.
