Can anyone tell us about the new UNC offers via email that are on the list?

I would also be interested to hear of master's programs that are considered good options -- a program with well known faculty who won't ignore masters students seems like too much to ask, almost. Suggestions? I've already applied to Columbia's one-year masters program, hesitantly.

Well for what it's worth, I applied to Columbia too (which is why I freaked out about possible trolls), so there's at least five of us who haven't gotten a (mythical) rejection email...

There's one more Columbia acceptance now, via email, today. Another troll, or... ?

I am really new to this, so please forgive an ignorant question -- but how will we know if a certain school is done? Are we just guessing? I applied to both Stanford and UNC... should I just give up hope on those two right now?

Oh man... I thought I wasn't going to have to freak out until at least next week...
