hi sevilla. i got the same thing!!! but i think we should get something more with new student info...immunizations, class info, all that. this seemed like it was more about the scholorship or did you get something different?

got official acceptance letter in the mail yesterday.

haha well at least we are all in the same boat...not sure if that actually makes it better but it is somewhat reassuring. anyone get a second email about the assistantships. not really sure how this whole process works but seems pretty cool. congrats again to all those that got in

JoeEd - I hope you have a great time. I am bummed I can't make it. Have you received anything in the email thats official. I haven't and that seems odd...I am pretty sure I will enroll at Penn but they haven't sent me any info other than one email. Maybe I am just being neurotic.

masters in higher ed students - are you going to the penn event in march? Its really soon. I got into penn too but I don't think I can make it very discouraging

hopeful masters candidates--i think judgement day is quickly approaching. i am thinking march 17th. any other guesses? who here is higher ed? i wonder if we will all hear at the same time. from the old results page its hard to tell but seems scattered. if they wait for the end of march i will lose my mind.

Hi Gradhope. I applied to the same program as you at Penn so thanks for posting that. Hoping decisions will come sooner rather than later but I am not counting on it. Good luck! I visited Penn and thought it was fantastic so I am very excited..hoping to get in.

Congrats!! Great to hear they are contacting the PhDs b/c I think that means its time to start reviewing masters candidates. Also waiting to hear from Penn GSE...M.A. Higher Ed.

Thanks for all this info--it makes me feel a bit more in control of this entire process if nothing else. One of the schools I applied to, Penn GSE had a deadline of 2/1 for the Masters in Higher Ed. Hoping to hear before mid-March but of course I have no idea. It looks like from the 2008 cycle masters students did hear as soon as late Feb. I just want all this waiting to be over! anyone have any stats on Penn GSE? How many admits for masters?

I applied to mostly smaller schools but also Pitt and UPenn. When did people hear about masters programs last year?

Anyone else applying for Masters in Higher ED? I applied to east coast schools and am already anxious, even though I just submitted applications. Wondering if anyone knows when we will hear about acceptances. Penn GSE had a deadline of 2/1 so maybe we would hear by end of month or is that too hopeful?
