I guess I probably wont apply next year. this is my last shot... I'm already in the 2nd year of my current phd program. I applied to see if i could get transfered to a better school. it probably won't worth it to transfer next year, since i would've been so far along in my program... I really wanted to get into a better program. =( is there anybody else here apply to transfer? which year are u in ur program?

I've also applied for 4 schools, and got 1 rej so far. and 2 of the other 3 schools have already sent out admissions per the result board. I'm prepared to get more reject emails. In a way, I find it better to just assume rejections. The waiting made me really unproductive... Best of luck to all of you guys who are still waiting for ur 1st admissions. but even if you didn't eventually get one, it'd be no big deal. We will eventually prove to those shortsighted departments that it's their lost to reject us.
