When is the "by then"? By March 2nd? So, earlier = admit, later = rejection?

I've seen on some people's signatures that they are already counting Chicago out?? Only 6 notifications on the board and the website says they won't send out all decisions until the 2nd week of March. Most of the notifications on the board were Comp/American. Any of those notified IR??

I'm really annoyed at UCSD. I keep obsessively checking now that about 10 people have heard something and still nothing in my messages. Going to assume it means rejection soon.

Any of the UVA acceptances here? I was wondering where on the website you can find the acceptance/rejection. Is it in the message center?
