My area is China and I have applied to MA programs at Stanford, Ohio State, Duke, Penn and UMich. I am so nervous about not getting into school. I teach Latin and Asian Studies at a high school and I am ready to study more and really specialize in one area. Do you have any suggestions on how I can chill out? How competitive are these programs?

Has anyone been accepted into an Asian Studies program? If so, where, how and when??? Anxiously yours...

Is anyone applying to MA Asian Studies programs? I am so tired of waiting and checking my studpid email. The results page on this site shows one admit to Stanford's program which leads me to believe I am to receive an unwanted letter of rejection! Admits: None Waiting: Stanford, UMich, UPenn, Duke, Ohio State P.S. If any of you out there have been accepted by any of these school in EAS, please let me down easy.
