anyone know anything about air traffic control? how's the job market for it...theres a program for me in this area, studying human's decision making in such a situation...

This is a master program focusing on how human react to and manege the info drew from radar system and how this radar system could be improved..... It's kinda a research about human factors in an air traffic situation. so what I want to know is, where is the career? I dont want to work at labs for the rest of my life, so to where can this major lead me? Is there a wide job market for it? i'd appreciate any of your advices/opinions.......
