So long as it is open-access/no password, we run the risk of somebody--somebody from Fulbright?--or somebody just being ill-willed?--deleting everything just for "fun".....
Looks like that may have happened.
What the H is going on with the Spreadsheet? I think this thing ought to be password protected, and whoever sets up the email address should control it, because otherwise people are going to accidentally screw it up continually.
I know from a friend who did receive an award (from Belgium) that he received nothing--no email, no phone call, no letter--until March, at which point he was notified that he was an alternate waiting for extra funding. So if you don't hear anything, it's probably not a bad thing; it's much better than hearing *rejection*--at least possibly. Definitely don't give up hope.
as in, somebody who knows more about this than I do needs to make the 2012-2013 version of this: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AriON5PQlVdtdHlKMUhJYlo0bEVXREcxdlJVYUFibnc&authkey=CNHpkd4P&hl=en_US&authkey=CNHpkd4P#gid=8
I bet it's like a freakin launch-sequence and four different people with four unique pass codes have to enter them physically into different launch stations in four different regions of the country, but at different times throughout the day. THEN the emails go out.
To all on this thread applying from the Midwestern region around Chicago/Wisconsin/Indiana, please let me know if you know of somebody applying to Belgium. Thanks!
