FYI - I called Portland State again, and they said they are having some sort of difficulties, somehow relating to their Applied Social program. First contact should come within two weeks - rejections will be emailed, acceptances will be called.

He didn't say (plus, I was only talking to the department secretary. He has been very helpful, but I doubt he knows the process that intricately).

Hi everyone, I bit the bullet and called Portland State to find out what was up. Apparently they will send out acceptance/rejection letters by the second week of March. Still more waiting.

Portland State University is the only US school I have applied to (I'm from Canada). I haven't had any contact from them regarding my application (although, I did call to make sure it arrived and was complete, both of which were confirmed).
