Anyone heard anything about an admitted students day or other similar event?? with the quick turnaround time to make a decision on schools, i would imagine it would need to be pretty soon.

I got in!!!!!!! Finally broke down and emailed John Yeary, apparently because I'm a dual applicant (MBA/MPAff) my status doesnt change until the business school puts in there decision, which isn't until next week. But, he confirmed that I had been recommended for LBJ!!!! So so excited!

Wouldn't they have listed me as "waitlisted" on the same site? So frustrating all this waiting!

still nothing! why is this taking so long...i keep checking my status page every 5 minutes but nothing has changed.

I'm still waiting...but I received an email from them today about filling out a FAFSA and applying for financial aid. I'm assuming this was just sent out to all applicants?

I'll be attending the Admitted Students Day next week...anyone else planning on going? Brown is the only place I'm in so far...waiting to hear from most others (America, Texas/LBJ, CMU/Heinz, NYU/Wagner, New School/Milano) Anyone a current student at Brown? Opinions, thoughts, experiences?
