and what does it mean if we don't hear by today? I know there are rules about funding...but am I reading to much in that if I don't hear today I am either out or waitlisted? Good luck to everyone!!

Thanks! I unfortunatly share your pessimism (for my own chances)...I am also waiting on Miami and when I spoke with someone in the office at the begining of March they said they had not yet started reviewing applications yet...isn't April 15 the decision day when everyone owes schools a commitment?

I have heard UC Irvine will be notifying in the next few weeks...

I called the remaining school from which I am yet to hear (I got rejected from UCSD already) and thought I would share my findings: UCSB- notifying next week and beyond Miami- have not yet begun to review applications USC- notify no later then 3/31 but most likly nothing until mid-march Migill- notifying in March I hope this is helpful to some...I know the wait is just about doing me in
